Avalon Aero is always looking for new challenges whenever possible. Since trading began, Avalon Aero have carried out a large number of individual contracts and bespoke maintenance programs. Maintenance facilities are based at Biggin Hill Airport, London and Cranfield Airport, Bedfordshire.

Our Maintenance Services

Line / Base Maintenance

Contracted Line Maintenance and all major checks undertaken. Individual checks can be carried out at customer request with very competitive rates on a variety of aircraft.

Service Plan

Spread the cost of line maintenance and defect rectification over the course of the year with 12 regular monthly invoices.

This plan is individually designed around your aircraft’s utilisation and requirements, and includes the following:

  • Full Hangarage, as required at Biggin Hill
  • Provision of all Line Maintenance required
  • Pre and Post Flight Checks
  • Scheduled Inspections up to (but not including) Annual Check
  • Defect Rectification up to 10 hours / Flight
  • Spares Procurement
  • Provision of Hangar Services – oxygen/nitrogen top ups, ground power and aircraft towing

Full Technical Record keeping, monitoring of Maintenance Programmes, Airworthiness Directives and Modifications are all included, together with Management of Aircraft documentation and Nav Data.

The Service Plan is designed to simplify the overall running cost of your aircraft, allowing for total transparency and leading to less invoice disputes.

External use of Avalon Aero’s EASA PART 145 Approval

Avalon Aero can set up and maintain approved line stations and provide Avalon Aero company approval to your licenced personnel under our EASA PART 145.

Consultations, Inspections & Technical Advice

Avalon Aero can provide greatly experienced engineers to provide advice or to conduct inspections and surveys of aircraft all over Europe and North America. Your company requirements will form the foundations of all feedback reported back to you so you will be getting only the relevant facts, not the surrounding fiction.

Engineer Flying Support

Avalon Aero can provide licensed and security checked engineers to provide short term engineering support to your aircraft out of any UK airport. We may also be able to provide international support, if required.

Specialised Maintenance

Through Avalon’s experience working with atmospheric specialists and aircraft, we can offer consultation and help in the integration of scientific equipment on to aircraft.

We can manufacture simple window blank inlets and in conjunction with Type Certificate Holders manage their integration onto aircraft.

Avalon can also build and assemble racks to customer specifications and help the customer conform with specific aviation crash / safety requirements.
